Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about account deletion.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • All quiz attempts and results history
  • Bookmarks and personal notes
  • Streaks, XP, and achievements
  • Leaderboard rankings
  • Purchase history and pack access
  • Goals and analytics data
  • All active sessions and authentication tokens
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have active paid subscriptions or packs, access will be revoked immediately.

How to delete your account

Option 1: From the App (Recommended)

  1. Open Genius Quizzes
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your identity by entering your password
  5. Tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm

Option 2: Via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to hello@geniusquizzes.in from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 72 hours.
