1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Genius Quizzes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the Service
Genius Quizzes provides educational quiz content for competitive exam preparation. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share quiz content outside the App
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract questions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
- Share your account credentials with others
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free & Paid Content
Genius Quizzes offers free daily practice questions and paid question packs/papers. Free content is subject to daily limits. Paid content, once purchased, is accessible for the lifetime of your account. Purchases are processed securely through Razorpay.
5. Refund Policy
Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us within 7 days for a resolution. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Content Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in all quiz content and explanations. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. If you find an error, please report it using the in-app question reporting feature. Genius Quizzes should supplement, not replace, your exam preparation materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Genius Quizzes. Questions sourced from previous year papers are presented for educational purposes under fair use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any App content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Genius Quizzes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any exam results, scores, or outcomes based on your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the App in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or the account deletion page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction in India.
