How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and we'll send you a reset link. You can also change your password from Profile → Settings → Change Password.
Are the daily quizzes really free?
Yes! You get 3 free practice questions every day. They refresh at midnight IST. No credit card or payment is required for daily practice.
How do I change my target exam?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile and select your new target exam. Your recommended quizzes and analytics will update accordingly.
I purchased a pack but can't access it
First, try pulling down to refresh on the Store screen. If the issue persists, go to Profile → Purchase History to verify your purchase. Contact us if you still have trouble.
How do I report a wrong answer or error?
While reviewing a question, tap the flag icon to report it. Our content team reviews all reports and corrects errors promptly.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! Previously loaded quizzes are cached for offline use. Your progress syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or visit our account deletion page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
